The project takes as a starting point the novel “Notes from the underground” by Fyodor Dostoievsky, anchoring the research on the topic of boredom.

Today it seems that boredom is prohibited, in the middle of the 21st century, modernity and the bombardment of images and technology condemn us to live at a fast pace, without being able to stop and get bored. Why is it wrong to be bored?

Boredom as the backbone of being. Because we get bored is that we create something, because we get bored is that we fall in love, we fall out of love, we get bored again, we write books, we invent things, we compose music, we dance, we do nothing, we look at the floor, and we wonder what lies behind that crack, because of boredom we want someone to throw us out the window, thanks to boredom we dare to delve into the depths of our being.
